FlowMind is a sales team retention-focused Slack application that provides daily pulse surveys and analytics to help sales leadership understand team mindset and workload. The Service includes:

• Team analytics and insights dashboard
• AI-powered team health analysis
• Survey engagement tracking
• Integration with Slack workspace

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. FlowMind reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content in its sole discretion.

4. Integration for Slack

Our Service integrates with Slack and is subject to Slack's terms of service. By using FlowMind, you acknowledge that:

• You have the necessary permissions to install apps in your Slack workspace
• FlowMind will access certain Slack data as authorized during installation
• You will comply with Slack's acceptable use policies

IN NO EVENT SHALL HATAMORI, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law
